thrive builds entrepreneurial ecosystems
We are an impact entrepreneur network owned and governed by its members, elevating their transformational capabilities in order to serve the global change that’s needed right now. We bring together entrepreneurs aiming to be regenerative in everything they do. To build companies that last for generations and really express their full purpose.
Thrive was founded in 2021 by serial entrepreneur Robert Gladitz, who will be hosting the interviews with our speakers and extract their knowledge and ideas for you, so that you are able to completely reinvent the way you run your business and live your life.

We cannot solve our individual and global problems with the same level of thinking that created them. Our consciousness needs to evolve.
And from this elevated standpoint we realize that the state of the world is nobody’s fault.

Everybody talks about sustainability, but sustainability is not enough. Regeneration goes one step further. We need to be regenerative in everything we do!
What do you even want to sustain?
Too much harm has already been caused to our planet, us as human beings and all ecosystems.
It’s time to regrow, rebuild, regenerate.
decentralized
Centralized systems concentrate too much power, don’t nearly utilize all the potential available and have a much higher risk of causing harm through a single wrong decision. The future needs to be decentralized!
So we need giving leaders who have the humility to create organizations and technologies with the goal of serving the whole instead of purely benefitting the few at the top.

Inspired by Charles Eisenstein, our founder Robert Gladitz began experimenting with the concept of gift economy many years ago.

Transparency is one of our most important values.
At the moment thrive is incorporating as a FairShares Commons, an organization where all stakeholders - staff, customers, investors, partners, etc. - are all involved in the governance process and benefit from the wealth created. So the energy of everybody is aligned in one direction: the realization of the shared purpose.
An FSC organization cannot be sold or used to enrich those at the top at the expense of all the other people involved.
